  Really unpleasant - we stayed in the larger house which contains various rooms with en-suites - the place stank of an overwhelming unpleasant smell (kind of mildew mixed with old and cleaning products), there was a sanitary pad stuck to the roof in our room for some reason and a hole in the fly screen with a bandaid covering it. The room itself was so incredibly tiny, considering it is supposed to accommodate 4 people (you can’t all move around at once and there is no where to place your bags other then on the floor and step over them). The bunk beds were unmade and the mattress protectors had stains on them. Outrageous for the price! And certainly not a “resort” - I have only given it two stars instead of one as the location is great for kids (straight across from Moona Moona) and the bathroom was good.

  Good all around bungalow, equipped just as needed. Staff attended as early as possible (after a statutory holiday) to fix a light bulb that 'exploded' in pieces. Room was well serviced every day and location is right next to Moona Moona beach. I'd definitely recommend.
  
  Suggestion for improvement:
  to have a table and a couple of chairs just outside the entrance + add a bed light on each side of the bed. That would make it a tad more comfortable and can be justified for the price of a room.

  Be careful during the booking because we've booked from the motel on centre town but we had a room at 1km away nearly out of the city. We had to take the car again to go back have dinner into the centre. There is enough space in the bedroom and the bathroom but beds are not really comfortable, sheets are scratching and the hot water in the shower is not constant....
  The wifi is not working, very slow and the connection is shutting down every 5 minutes.. and no smart TV
  Not a good value for the price we've paid 180$!

  Stay 2 night, dead cockroach in the cabinet,bricken dust picker, TV remote was broken. Not proper housekeeping service,thay come and fixed the blanket but not change bed cover,they didn't change the bin.

  I can't say what the place is like as I wasn't able to stay there. But I still had to pay due to their very very rigid no refund policy. Less than 24 hours after booking, I simply tried to move the date forward 2 days. They had availability, they just didn't want to do it as I booked through a third party. I explained that a family event I was driving to had been changed but they won't budge and put the payment through immediately after talking to me knowing I wanted to then cancel it. Technically they did nothing wrong given their policy. But customer service and attitude is the worst. Read the fine print and the other reviews. Enjoy my hard earned money you grubs.
