  An incredible experience at Wildginger, staff were amazing and efficient and there is a buzz around the restaurant. The food was incredible, highly recommend the banquet where you can taste every dish. You get a great selection and everything is delicious. They portioned the meals to cater for your group size and don't miss the mark! Left incredibly full with my tastebuds buzzing with incredible food flavours watered down with delicious cocktails.

  I booked in at Wild Ginger for an anniversary dinner, looking for the best fine dining experience in the area, and we were so happy with the experience!
  We had a 7:45 booking during peak holiday season, and the restaurant was absolutely flat out when we arrived. Even though the staff were juggling a restaurant that was at max capacity, with no exaggeration, we felt like we were very well looked after.
  We were given the best table available on arrival, but were moved to a more private one as soon as it became available, and right before our food came out.
  We ordered the banquet, and each course arrived at our table in a very timely manner, especially given how busy it was.
  Each dish was delicious, the flavours were well balanced, portions just right and presentation was wonderful.
  We received a complimentary champagne, were checked in on to ensure all was well and felt welcome the whole time.
  Big smiles and waves from all the staff as we left, the whole experience left both my partner and I feeling great.
  It's not often a dining experience leaves you on such a high, but our night at Wild Ginger was a precious moment, one of those moments you will cherish and look back on, years later, and say "that was a great night".
  Thanks to all the team at Wild Ginger for going above and beyond, during peak season, and giving us such a great experience.

  Came to Jervis bay with family for vacation, for our first dinner in town, we found Wildginger. The dining experience was exceptional. The environment was nice, good for a date night or just a casual dinner. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, we had some good conversations. Most importantly, the food was amazing. It’s south East Asian fusion cuisine which the dishes were very creative and flavorful. We chose the set menu with multiple courses and were Not regretted. Highly recommend to try out this restaurant if you come to jervis bay.

  Book ahead and have a wild night out at wildginger @ hukisson. The restaurant & bar is packed with locals and tourist. In my opinion, Wildginger is in my top 3 restaurant to go in Jervis bay.
  
  The dinner menu is very simple if you have a group of 5 and over. Either banquet for $59 pp or 2 course set menu for $55 pp (Vegan option available). Lunch tapas menu available between 1-4pm, similar dishes to what you get in the banquet. My recommendation is to order banquet menu so you can taste a variety of food. (Desserts are not included in the banquet).
  
  Price: it’s fairly reasonable for both the portion and quality of food. Very happy with the food.
  
  Reservation is essential because it’s on of the busiest restaurants in Hukisson. I called and they said they were full booked, but then when we walked in at 5:30pm we were lucky to get an outdoor table.

  Had a lovely afternoon of cocktails and tapas. The pork belly on betel leaf was amazing. Also loved the duck spring rolls. The kids enjoyed the popcorn chicken. My margarita was actually a good level of spice. The vibe and atmosphere was chilled and relaxed. Will definately come again.
